Good to know for your stay: All our apartments are strictly non-smoking. Ideally located in the heart of Alsace, our gîtes are the perfect starting point to explore Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé, and the famous Alsace Wine Road.

• Minimum stay: 3 nights during the low season, and 7 nights during the high season.

• Accepted payment methods: Cash, bank transfers, and French Chèques-Vacances (ANCV).

⏱️ Check-in / Check-out Times

• During peak season: Check-in between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM | Check-out before 10:00 AM. (If you are running late, please kindly let us know your estimated arrival time).

• Off-season: Flexible schedules! Let us know your preferred dates and times, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

📝 Good to Know Before Your Stay

• Cottage Capacity: For safety and comfort reasons, the number of guests cannot exceed the maximum capacity of the cottage (a child counts as a full person).

• Booking: A rental contract will be sent to you. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit.

• Security Deposit: Refunded on the day of your departure (or within one week maximum) following the check-out inventory.

• Cleanliness: This is our golden rule! Guests agree to leave the cottage as clean as they found it upon arrival. Cleaning products are available for your use free of charge.

• 💡 Tip: Stay safe, we highly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
